About the Job
Job Details:
Open for Malaysian and Native Japanese.
Language Requirement:
Native Japanese speakers or JLPT N1 certified candidates
for locals.
Hybrid working model and office hours support.
Proficiency in Japanese Language and ability to communicate in English (Written / Spoken).
Answers incoming calls, and emails relating to the program supported.
Identifies customer requirements and ensures they are answered or routed appropriately.
Manage customer escalations and ensures that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
